Here are the most common reasons users have trouble connecting to their Pantelligent:
- Pantelligent uses the latest Bluetooth Low Energy specification, and does not require explicit pairing with your smartphone. Please see "How do I connect to my Pantelligent" for more information.
- Make sure that your smartphone supports Bluetooth Low Energy, and is running iOS 7 and higher or Android 4.3+. Please read this article to see if your device is supported.
- Check that Bluetooth is turned on for your smartphone. See "How do I enable Bluetooth on my smartphone" for detailed instructions.
